Describe the property, rooms or equipment involved and your reason for getting in touch. Include your preferred timing and any access or occupancy restrictions relevant to the work.
For an existing system, add the make and model if known, service history and symptoms you’ve already observed. For a project, explain what is planned and which decisions remain open.
The form asks for your name, email address and message. Phone number and postcode are optional. Leave out passwords, payment details and confidential documents.
